Leanne Pelosi was recently featured in the Seventeen.com article, "A Beginner's Guide to Snowboarding from the Pros!" Seventeen.com is a website based off of the Seventeen magazine about Fashion, Style, Health and Fitness, Dating, and Careers. Pelosi, along with three other riders from Burton, and Roxy, gave tips on learning how to Snowboard. Pelosi offered the advice to have equal pressure on both of your feet when riding down the mountain.

Returning to defend her Gold medal from last year's X-Games, Gretchen has been busy training for the 2010 Olympics. This is Gretchen's 9th year competing in Winter X. Gretchen has been at the top of her game in halfpipe over the last many years. She has been working on new tricks and solidifying her old ones such as her lofty cripplers.

Congratulations from us to Gretchen who took the first stop of the all new Winter Dew Tour in Breckenridge Colorado last weekend. Gretchen switched up her run a bit this year to include a frontside 900 to a backside air crippler, a backside 540 to finish with a frontside 720. She finished with a score of 90.25.
